Die aktuelle Version 3.18 des Gnome-Desktops ermöglicht ein leichtes Update der Firmware, sofern die Hardware dies unterstützt. Außerdem ist der Wayland-Support stark ausgebaut worden. Anwendungen und Shell bieten zusätzlich viele kleine Neuerungen wie die Integration von Google Drive. (Gnome, Firmware)
