BlackBerry’s first Android smartphone may not exactly be selling like hotcakes, but the company seems at least somewhat committed to supporting the phone. The BlackBerry Priv originally shipped with Android 5.1 software, but now BlackBerry is ready to roll out an Android 6.0 update.
The update will start rolling out to users on May 3rd and should be available for customers using the phone on all wireless carriers.

Samsung’s C-Lab program is a sort of incubator for new hardware and software projects from Samsung employees.
Since unveiling the C-Lab to the public in December, we’ve seen projects including a watch that turns your fingertips into a Bluetooth earpiece (through vibration), an app that can transcribe music when you hum a tune, a fitness tracker built into a belt, and other projects that, quite honestly, seem like the sort of inventions you’d expect to find on Kickstarter or Indiegogo.

For the last few years HTC has used the “HTC One” brand for its flagship smartphones. This year the company dropped the One from and introduced a new phone with top-tier specs and a new name: the HTC 10.
But that doesn’t mean the HTC One line is dead. The company just launched a new phone in Europe, and it’s called the HTC One S9.
The phone has a 5 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel display, a MediaTek Helio X10 octa-core, 64-bit processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a microSD card slot for up to 2TB of removable storage.

Huawei’s Honor brand of smartphones are typically low-to-mid range devices with specs that sometimes punch above their weight class. The Honor 5X, for instance, is a $200 phone with a full HD display, a 3,000 mAh battery, a fingerprint sensor, and a Snapdragon 616 octa-core CPU.
But it looks like the upcoming Honor V8 may be a straight-up flagship phone. It’s got the specs of one anyway. We won’t know the price until Huawei officially launches the phone on May 10th though.
